Answer to Q1.
Our goal is the have at least 95% exam coverage and at least 95% accuracy.Especially providing explanations increases the accuracy of the answers. We also receive customer feedback on our products. So, we constantly have to review our products. This guarantees a high quality.
The number of questions in the guides varies depending on the specific IT certification exam question pools most of which contain 100-500 questions. Please also refer to the "Products"; column on the left for more details. The latest real exam questions and correct answers which you can't find anywhere else.
More details about the CramBible guides:
1) Explanations of the answers are available unless there are special notes at the footnotes of the separate guide pages in the "Products Pricing".
2) No cram notes are available in the guides. However, you could download various cram notes which contain exam core concepts for free from some sites listed in our "Partners" column.
There is a policy of CramBible not to disclose the accurate details of various certification exam question pools publicly. Accordingly, we will not disclose the exact number of questions in the guides and when exactly the guides were updated most recently, so please do NOT inquire.
We do guarantee the CramBible guides are updated as necessary and cover the most current exam question pools. However, please understand we are unable to update the guides every 1-2 weeks like some other vendors although Microsoft or Cisco has done nothing to their certification question pools. We are not interested in any tricks which will mislead our honest customers....
Note: Due to some reasons, CramBible.com states that the questions in all the Cisco and Oracle certification guides can only be regarded as the most realistic exam questions available in the market. At the present, we only provide the English version of the CramBible guides to all the customers. Yes, the question pool of any IT certification exam is worldwide the same.
Answer to Q3.
Adobe Acrobat PDF files. PDF is almost the industry standard for distributing e-books. You
only need to download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and print PDF files. No installation needed and no viruses involved. We don't think it's a good idea to produce any engine for those questions. Why do we need to make things simple to be so complicated?
Note: Be sure to continue reading the following of the answer to Q3, escpecially the last paragraph which explains how to deal with the downloaded guides in zip format originally.
The PDF files are encrypted and the contents can not be copied and pasted into other files like MS Word Doc etc. We can not send the guides in any other format other than the current PDF. Thanks for your understanding.
Please do NOT use the earlier versions of Acrobat Reader for our guides which probably can not be opened or printed correctly by any earlier versions than ver. 6.0. For some parts of the PDF files you probably need to amplify the PDF to more than 150% to read the words or pictures more clearly on the screen.
The guides you download are in zip format originally. Zip files are "archives" used for distributing and storing files. So you need an winrar tool 3.0 plus version to extract PDF files from the zip files first before being able to read the PDF guides with Acrobat Reader.

Are your updates free?
Free updates are available for 90 days after the purchase. After 90 days the product is considered expired and is removed from the member zone of the user.
Are there products that have more than 90 days of free updates?
Unlimited bundles, such as Unlimited Microsoft, Unlimited Novell, etc, have no expiration date.
Is it possible to extend the update period of an expired product?
Expired products can be repurchased at 50% discount from within your member zone.
How often are your products updated?
Our products are reviewed and updated on a continuous basis. The certification vendors often change the skills being tested in the exams, so we frequently change our study guides to accurately reflect the current exams.
How do I know that there has been an update?
There are several ways:
The New Releases section on www.crambible.com. You will notice the rapid updates here.
crambible makes several updates every day.
Status on an a purchased product can be found on the download page in the member zone.
Date of latest release can also be found on the products page.
crambible also sends out information on updates on a regular basis in crambible newsletter, usually once every two weeks.
Registered crambible users receive the Newsletter.
In general, you should always check for a new update 3-4 days before you plan to take the exam.
How do I receive my updates?
Go to www.crambible.com
Click on Member Zone
Enter e-mail and password
You see a list of purchased products.
Click the appropriate product, for example Microsoft 070-216.
Now download the product.
There was an update. I already printed the previous version. Do I need to reprint the whole document?
New questions are appended to the older versions. For most updates it enough just to print the new questions at the end of the new version.
There has been an update but when I download I still got the old version. What should I do?
The old version is probably cached at your computer. You could try to restart Internet Explorer, restart the computer or clear the local web cache. To clear the local web cache open Internet Explorer, choose Tools menu then Internet Options command, and finally click the "Delete files" button.

Which types of bundles do Crambible offer?
Crambible has four different types of bundles
Ordinary bundles containing around 4 to 12 products. Examples are: Novell , MCSE 2000 Core; MCSE 2003 Core, MCSA De luxe, MCDBA, CCNP Unlimited bundles. Bundles such as unlimited Novell access. These bundles have no expiration date.
The buy 5 and get one for free bundle.
Special customized bundles.
If you intend to make a larger purchase and it does not fit the Ordinary bundles, Contact us. They will give you a special price for the purchase.
Where can I find the ordinary bundles?
From the Products page find the correct vendor, such as Microsoft, then scroll down to the last products. The bundles are listed last.
Where can I find the unlimited bundles?
From the Products page select the Special Products Vendor.
How do I use the buy 5 and get one for free bundle?
1. Buy at least 5 products in a single purchase.
2. Mail receipt of the purchase, your login ID, and select the free exam to Contact us The free exam should have a value not higher than the average price of the 5 purchased products.
3. Support will add the free exam to your login and notify that it is available for download.

There are currently three ways to pay. Most customers use Online payment with credit card. If no credit card is available Bank Wire or Western Union Money Transfer can also be used.
(a).OnlineLine using credit card. This is the most frequent payment method. It is fast. The purchased products will immediately be available for download. There is no extra charge.
We accept most major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American, Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club International, and Cartre Blanche.
(b).Bank wire. We only accept bank wire for larger purchases, typically at least 5 products. There will be some delay, typically between 3 and 8 days for the bank wire to come through.

(c).Western Union. We accept Western Union Money Transfer for any purchase. The payment is very quick, typically within 5 minutes.
You will have the products available within some hours after the money transfer.

We have used several different credit card processer's companies. Each Credit Card Processor has different methods of checking the validity of the Credit Card. We have noticed that some that are approved by one Credit Card are not approved by others, and vice versa. If you are unlucky your credit card will not be approved by our current Credit Card processor.
You can try another card or use an alternative payment method. There are two alternative methods of payments:
Payment through Bank Wire.
Payment through Western Union Money Transfer.
